In this project, I collaborated with the Executive Director to meet grant and contract deliverables while managing both financial and marketing aspects of the organization to ensure project success. Alongside monitoring budgets and deliverables, I led marketing initiatives that strengthened CACCWA’s visibility and community engagement, aligning with the organization’s core values of cultural preservation, inclusiveness, and collaboration.

I managed project timelines and promotional strategies for workshops and community events by designing creative marketing materials such as event flyers, brochures, digital slides, photo collages, and informational booklets. I created bilingual materials tailored for both English and Khmer readers, including brochures featuring sponsor logos and acknowledgments to highlight event partnerships. To increase engagement and streamline coordination, I integrated QR codes for event sign-ups, headcount tracking, and agenda access, improving pre-event organization and audience management.

I created email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to promote events and also managed social media posts on Instagram and Facebook to reach a wider audience. I coordinated event reminders, activity highlights, and agendas to generate excitement and anticipation within the community.

Through a combination of financial oversight, project coordination, and strategic marketing execution, I helped ensure each event’s success and strengthened CACCWA’s presence as a trusted community resource.
